1.　Prohibited Activities

The User shall be prohibited from engaging in any of the following acts with respect to the use of the Website:

(1) to perform any act which would infringe any intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, credits, or other rights or interests of Prometech Group, other Users or other third parties (including, without limitation, any act which raise such infringement directly or indirectly);
(2) to perform an act associated with a criminal act, or an act against public order and good morals;
(3) to perform any act which violates any law or regulation, or the internal rules of the entity of which Prometech Group or the User is a member;
(4) to transmit information containing computer viruses or other harmful computer programs;
(5) to modify information which can be used with respect to the Website;
(6) to perform any act which is likely to interfere with the operation of the Website by Prometech Group; or
(7) to perform any other acts determined by Prometech Group to be inappropriate.

2.　Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

All ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the Website shall vest in Prometech Group or its licensors, and unless otherwise expressly provided for expressly herein, the use of the Website permitted through the registration under the Terms shall not be construed as assigning, or granting any license with respect to, any intellectual property rights concerning the Website held by Prometech Group or its licensors.  The User shall not, for any reason whatsoever, perform any act which would infringe any intellectual property rights of Prometech Group or its licensors, including, without limitation, disassembling, decompiling, or reverse engineering.

3.　Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

3.1 Prometech Group does not make any warranty even in cases where the User has acquired from Prometech Group, directly or indirectly, any information concerning the Website, other Users or any other matter. 

3.2 The User shall investigate at its own expense and responsibility to determine whether or not its use of the Website will violate any law or regulation applicable to the User or the internal rules of the entity of which the User is a member, and Prometech Group makes no warranty that the use of the Website by the User will comply with the laws and regulations applicable to the User and the internal rules of the entity of which the User is a member.

3.3 In no event shall Prometech Group be responsible or liable for suspension, discontinuation, unavailability or modification of the Website caused by Prometech Group,  or any other damage incurred by the User in connection with the Website.

3.4 Even if the Website contains links to and from other websites on the Internet, Prometech Group shall not, for any reason, be responsible or liable for any websites other than the Website or any information obtained therefrom.

3.5 In no event shall Prometech Group be responsible or liable for damages incurred by the User in connection with the Website. 

4.　Amendment and Changes to Terms, etc.

4.1 Prometech Group shall reserve the right to make amendment or change to the contents of the Website without restriction.

4.2 Prometech Group shall reserve the right to make amendment or change to the Terms (including, without limitation, the rules and regulations concerning the Website which may be posted on the Website). 

5.　Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan without regard to conflict of laws principles.  Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.

1.　Usage Guidelines

1．The contents to be posted on SNS will, in principle, relate to Prometech Group’s products or services.

2．In principle, we will not reply to comments and DM.

3．In principle, we will not follow back other accounts.

4．We may revise or delete postings from time to time.

5．We may use simple notation such as omission of honorific title due to character restrictions, etc.

6．We will not post any content that slanders others.

7．We will endeavor not to divulge any confidential information of other companies or personal information.

8．We will comply with the terms of use of external SNS that we use.

9．Prometech Group’s Account may terminate without notice for the convenience of Prometech Group.  In addition, Prometech Group’s Account may terminate due to the convenience of external SNS services that we use.

2.　Prohibitions

Prometech Group may delete comments or block accounts with regard to comments, etc. that fall under any of the following items.

(1) Criminals and other violations of laws and regulations, acts that induce or encourage such criminals and violations, and acts that may fall under such acts;
(2) Acts that infringe and may infringe the rights of others, such as defamation, infringement of privacy rights, image rights or copyright;
(3) Posting for advertising or commercial purposes;
(4) Postings containing illegal information or obscene contents;
(5) Uploading of files containing computer viruses;
(6) Commenting or making DM that is beyond the socially accepted standards;
(7) Commenting or making DM unrelated to Prometech Group’s postings;
(8) Acts that interfere with the management of Prometech Group’s Account; or
(9) Any other act that deemed to interfere with the business of Prometech Group

3.　Disclaimer

1．Prometech Group will not be responsible for any accounts similar to Prometech Group’s Account and unauthorized use of Prometech Group’s Account by others.

2．We give priority to readability when posting, and will not guarantee the accuracy and certainty of the information.

3．"Like," "share," and following accounts by Prometech Group’s Account will not mean that Prometech Group supports or endorses as the official view.

4．Prometech Group will not be responsible for comments posted by other users.

5．Prometech Group will not be responsible for any disputes between users related to Prometech Group’s Account.

4.　Continuous Improvement

Prometech Group will review the operational conditions of SNS and endeavor to continuously improve them, and may revise this policy.
